Return Policy
Please contact "customerservice@dclogisticsla.com", if you are unsatisfied with any Naturmetic product for any reason. Everyone's skin is different therefor any health concern / allergy cases will be referenced  by our dermatologists. Please include the details of your concern via email.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment – so if you used your Visa credit card to order, that’s where we’ll credit your refund.
We offer a money back guarantee for up to 30 days after delivery for unopened product. All products must be returned in the same Priority Mail Box that was sent by Naturmetic and it must remain unopened by customer. Please write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the box label and give to your local USPS mail carrier. If you do not have the original box you must pay for return shipping to : 117 Kings Lane, West Monroe, LA 71292.
 
Damaged Products / Wrong Item Shipped 
If you receive any items in error or receive defective product, please email us at " customerservice@dclogisticsla.com" and we will facilitate product replacement at no charge.
 
Membership Policy

If you wish to end your membership for any reason, please contact us as customerservice@dclogisticsla.com. Fully understand that your credit card will be billed every 2 months on the original day of membership. We offer memberships in 2 month increments with a 10% discount off of retail. Sales Tax
If your billing address state and ZIP are in the same state and/or ZIP as our shipping facility, you may be charged applicable state and municipal sales taxes. If this is the case, you’ll see this tax noted on your order summary during checkout and again on your order confirmation and shipping invoice.
